What this site collects

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no forms. It stores one small preference in your browser, the language you chose, and nothing is sent to us.

When you write to us

If you email us, we receive your name, your email address and what you write. We use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage that work. We do not sell or share it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete them.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. These logs are stored in the United States.

Our email and business files are hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365) and stored in Canada.

Emails sent to our optimforward.com addresses pass through Porkbun's forwarding service in the United States before reaching our Microsoft 365 mailbox.
